Want to be a part of our team?The Sales and Supply Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to sales team in all phases of the sales process Working at NTT Primary Support function to the Sales teams with operational and administrative tasks Create accurate and complete quotes and orders by managing internal coordination with all stakeholders during the end-to-end quote life cycle Influence prices and margins by suggesting alternative solutions Conduct sanity checks before submitting quotes and orders Coordinate International quotes for multinational customers, by establishing relationships with NTT local offices and global dedicated teams Create, maintain, apply and improve established internal processes Work autonomously to handle various customer inquiries Perform additional sales support duties as required that help the company meet and exceed goals and quality objectives What will make you a good fit for the role?
High School Certification 5+ years’ client facing, sales support or / and international business experience highly desired.
Strong administration skills Be able to understand high-level technical quotes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bi-lingual in German and must be able to speak, write and understand English, any other language is a plus.
Must have advanced work experience with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. SAP is a plus. Be driven by an enthusiastic and time-sensitive customer service ethic Ability to work in a high paced environment to handle multiple priorities daily Have excellent analytical skills Strong mindset, solution-oriented and precise person Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence others, organizational skills, and team player
