Your team

The RM workplace team consists of an experienced team of Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and a Chapter Lead who are committed to bringing their product to the next level and having fun while doing so.

They would describe themselves as dedicated, always up for a joke, and reliable - being open and supporting each other are also the core values of the team.

Your mission

  • Shape and coordinate the execution of the roadmap
  • Define requirements as actionable user journeys
  • Manage and groom the backlog
  • Perform presentations and demonstrations of the offering to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage your workload and multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to delegate and escalate as required
  • Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and other teams to demo progress, and get feedback to improve the product offering
  • Work collaboratively with the team and liaise with other stakeholders
  • Follow agile methodologies
  • What you need

  • University or college degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent professional education
  • Multiple years of professional experience as a Product Owner and / or Senior Business Analyst
  • Strong background or expertise in financial products
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Great collaboration and team spirit
