Description du poste : We Recruit : We are currently recruiting a Legal Counsel for a temporary mission of 6 months.
The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice and assistance to various Maisons and entities of the Richemont Group.
This role predominantly focuses on commercial contract law (80%), e-commerce law (10%) and antitrust matters (10%). Key Responsibilities : Provide timely and results oriented legal advice and support on a wide variety of matters across all lines of business to teams of the Richemont Maisons with a particular focus on distributionand general commercial law as well as competition and e-
commerce law.Respond to ad hoc queries to include identification, analysis and evaluation of risks in order to provide appropriate legal solutions.
Negotiate, review, comment on and draft a wide variety of legal and commercial documents, including manufacturing, distribution, franchise, license, sponsoring and consultancy contracts with third parties.
Work in close cooperation with a variety of Richemont entities and with the support functions of the Richemont Group and teams and liaise with and manage external counsels.
Your Profile : Bar admission mandatoryMinimum of 2-4 years post qualification experience in providing legal advice on a wide variety of legal matters in an international environment.
A combination of private practice and in-house experience is beneficial.Experience will include commercial / contract law and in particular distribution law.
Previous experience in either Consumer Goods Industry, Luxury, FMCG highly preferred. Significant knowledge in relation to competition, e-
commerce and related areas of law beneficial.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills is important.Solid grasp of the principles of law and an ability to adapt work quickly dealing with different tasks also in fields of law where your experience may have been limited so far is essential.
Strong team player with excellent project management and communication skills.Native or fluent in English.
Other languages, in particular French and German, are beneficial.Result and business oriented, open-minded, excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work in close cooperation with others -
both internal and external lawyers and non-lawyers colleagues.Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) We offer : The opportunity to join Richemont International SA.
You will be part of a small team within Group Legal that deals with a number of subjects including distribution law more generally (both online and offline), as well as Maison related commercial / contract work that varies from negotiating with talents to negotiating manufacturing contracts.
Competition law will also form part of the teams remit.In your role, you will provide a variety of Maison related legal services, work on wider group competition law compliance topics, help develop strategies in the context of wider selective distribution principles, help in investigations or litigations, develop contracts for use by the wider department and many more exciting projects.
