Following the recruitment of a number of high profile MDs, we are opening a new office in Zurich, Switzerland and we are looking for high quality and ambitious leaders at Senior Director level to join this new team.

A&M work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure.
You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction.
Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process.
You will gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and also be actively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing.
You will be encouraged to internally network with other service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships.
You will be encouraged to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in developing new client relationships.

Essential experience : Previous senior experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity or blue-chip Corporates Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (transaction services) practice Experience of actively and pro-actively participating in business development activities Fluent business level English is essential and additional European language skills including German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish or Spanish are highly desirable A&M Culture A&M is a growing business and TAG employees have extensive client exposure and the opportunity to be involved in business development activities.
Team members join the monthly TAG meeting where WIP, project pipeline, resourcing, marketing and business development initiatives are discussed.
