We Offer :
The Chief Data Officer (CDO) department of the International Wealth Management division is providing an interesting opportunity to shape the Data Governance in Switzerland and abroad.
The Data Management team is not only responsible for the data strategy and its implementation (including data storage, data quality profiling, etc.
but also for the execution of regulatory projects such as BCBS 239 and local data protection implementation. A close collaboration with multiple partners of other divisions and countries is key to enable, support and provide a holistic data management framework.
Your main responsibilities will involve :
Support strategic and regulatory data projects
Support data strategy and data management with the Credit Suisse International Wealth Management organization
Support data transparency including business definition and operational maintenance of data dictionaries and data locations.
Assess business criticality and business value of data. collect information about existing data quality issues
Providing financial management services (tracking and analysis of portfolio level financials - budget and actuals, forecasts).
You will collaborate with project management community at operational level to ensure that planning accuracy transparency is provided
Providing continuous project management services to our team and stakeholders for the ongoing projects, through all project lifecycles
Management and administration of our operative project management toolchain, with the ability to further improve and strengthen
Preparing monthly and weekly project / program status reports and other presentations for different stakeholders up to senior management
Supporting the team with project planning activities (initial project financial plans, capitalization eligibility assessments, etc.)
You Offer :
Proven track record working in a data management or data governance role
Experience in taking care of data related problems in a business environment with multiple dependencies and business partners
Good knowledge in conventional data technologies (RDBMS, XML etc.) as well as some familiarity with emerging data technologies (Semantic Web, NoSQL, HDFS etc.
and data warehousing is a plus
Understanding of data access & security concepts and standards
Jointly with IT and business, you devise architectural solutions to data problems
Willingness to work in an international environment with people from various locations in different time zones
You enjoy working in a challenging change environment you are self-starter
Result-oriented with focus on timely and accurate delivery
Good interpersonal relationship skills you work collaboratively and listen actively
Proficiency in English language (German language skills would be a plus)
