As a Finance Manager for the EMEA region at Beekeeper, you will be responsible for financial closings, financial reporting as well as various operational finance aspects.
You will report to : VP of Finance
Accounting and financial reporting
Managing the financial aspects of 3 legal entities with up to 3 different accounting standards (US GAAP, local tax and accounting standards)
Monthly and quarterly closing as well as investor reporting
Leading the financial year-end closing and support in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
Coordination with external advisors responsible for local tax, payroll and legal aspects
Act as a main point of contact to for the financial auditors
Liquidity and cash management for the entire group; Regular contact and collaboration with our key banks
Revenue management including account receivables in collaboration with other functional teams such as Sales and Customer Operations
Swiss tax (VAT & corporate tax)
Processes and projects
Support in project related tasks such as implementing new (finance) softwares or setting up new legal entities
Support in process optimisation projects to increase scalability and efficiency
Close collaboration with the Financial Planning and Analysis team
Supporting the business / internal stakeholders with Finance related questions and problem solutions
What we look for in you
Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Dipl. Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
4 - 7 years of full time work experience in Finance, Accounting or similar in a well-established company, with responsibility for month-end and quarter-end closings and experience with the financial year-end closing and reporting
Sound knowledge of the Swiss and international accounting standards (US GAAP or IFRS)
Experience with financial consolidations of international groups with different functional currencies and accounting standards
Experience in Finance related projects, particularly around automatisation of Finance processes or implementation of new Finance software
User expertise in ERP and consolidation software (SAP byDesign, Lucanet)
Expertise in Swiss tax (VAT, corporate tax)
Pragmatic and solution-oriented team player
Hands-on, proactive personality
Reliable and able to work independently
Native in German and advanced in English
Experience with SAP byDesign & Lucanet
Experience with Salesforce and subscription management platforms
Expertise in transfer pricing arrangements
Experience with financial audits
Expertise in financial planning and analysis
