We are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing assistant who will be responsible for the administrative co-ordination of the sales team, for providing assistance to the marketing function as well as to the Sales & Marketing Director.

This is a home office-based position, but the future incumbent is required to work in our office in Zug at least one day per week.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to the Sales & Marketing Director

Coordinate and execute travel requirements

Schedule appointments, meetings and conference rooms

Facilitate regular communication to internal and external stakeholders

Manage the operational aspects of the onboarding of new hires in Switzerland

Provide marketing support to the Product Manager, including report preparation, creating e-mail marketing listings and campaign follow-up, organize congresses and workshops

Provide general administrative support, including meetings management, logistics and assistance to sales team. For example :

Assists in the preparation of data / Sales Data management / Back Order data management

Product complaint process management

Loan process management

Support HR in office management related matters

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Commercial or equivalent completed training (with good knowledge of business relations). 2-3 years professional experience is preferred;
  • international environment is an advantage

    Business fluent in German and English (both spoken and written). French is a plus

    Skilled in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Fast comprehension, structured and high degree of readiness to learn and perform

    Pro-active and analytic thinking, big picture view and ability to cope with pressures

    Good communication skills

    Flexible, motivated and open team player

    Healthcare industry experience is considered a plus

    Must be self-motivated to drive ideas and process improvements
