As part of the fast paced and rapidly expanding Lodging Partner Services (LPS) organization, The Finance Manager will support the Platform Services & Owner relations teams with a specific focus on all new initiatives currently explored and being implemented.

You will partner with various LPS leaders, all EG Brands as well the Product and Tech organization to enable solid business decision making through financial insight, Opportunity Sizing, financial modeling & analysis and financial reporting.

To be successful in this position you will need to be entrepreneurial and able to operate with minimal guidance while owning end to end deliverables.

With a required strong commercial mindset you will handle various tasks and projects simultaneously, establish priorities, and drive delivery of high-

quality outputs in a dynamic work environment with overlapping deadlines and short time constraints.

What you will do

  • Increase knowledge and understanding to provide business leaders with insights to optimize revenue & properties acquisition
  • Weekly / monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, presentation to leaders
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all EG brands to develop reporting and forecasting functionality, be an active member / support to the Platform Services / Owner Relations team
  • Support organizational strategies in partnership with senior leadership and business partners that align with organizational and company objectives
  • Support client’s needs for ad-hoc reporting and presentations and lead financial reviews
  • Close collaboration with Analytics team to always better understand the growth drivers
  • Work with business partners to develop business forecasting and planning models
  • Explain financial concepts and models to non-financial business partners
  • Interact with senior leaders to provide financial analysis recommendations and input on operational initiatives for business units supported
  • Also Support New Inventory team and particularly Vacation rental as needed on the key financial deliverables and financial models
  • Involved and lead on multiple ongoing / new projects and initiatives; provide forecasting, planning and analytical support for a multi-
  • year view on key P&L lines

  • Make recommendations that supports EBITDA growth
  • Who you are

  • Master in Finance (MBA is a plus)
  • 5 years+ industry experience managing reporting, providing analysis and insights to leadership teams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, ideally in a commercial finance role
  • Experience in the lodging and / or consulting industry is a plus
  • Self-starter and confident in own skill set and knowledge, with the ability to handle multiple and diverse projects simultaneously
  • Solid experience in business modeling and not hesitant to create new models / mechanisms
  • Intellectual curiosity for what drives the business : proactive, forward looking and curious, capable of working with minimal direct management
  • Good strategic & tactical business skills & a passion for using data to drive better decision making
  • Strong analytical skills with strategy, planning, and business acumen
  • Advanced systems experience : Strong office knowledge, SQL a plus, Hyperion / Essbase a plus
  • Ability to do the detail but also summarize and articulate clearly to senior management
  • Excellent spreadsheet, data-management and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive and influence change and produce results through others / partners
  • Strong team player and people leader with excellent relationship skills
