You're the one pulling the strings by collaborating with fellow Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Using your enthusiasm, you shape the way your teams work and collaborates with others.

Drawing on your experience in an agile environment, you support your teams by reflecting on and optimizing their processes.

At the same time, you enable them to work without unnecessary interruption so they can focus on the essentials.

Being responsible for the team-specific implementation of Scrum, you are committed to pushing the status quo. You always strive for maximum benefit and optimization.

To achieve this, you orchestrate according to SAFe and lead the rituals as a facilitator in varied and valuable ways. In addition, you keep an eye on the relevance of the Scrum artifacts and visualize the teams' progress.

You promote personal responsibility, active participation, and self-organization to turn our organization into an agile enterprise.

Plus, you are committed to resolve conflicts constructively.

Why you succeed

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects, ideally in the SAFe environment
  • Familiar with the common topics of software teams
  • Dynamism and assertiveness to implement the agile principles
  • Good empathy and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to establish a trusting relationship within the team
  • Very good English, German and French are a plus
