Define and manage portfolio service roadmaps : collect customer needs and collaborate with R&D / suppliers to achieve adequate services, apply GFMS processes, synergize with product managers machines.
Focus on customer perceived value added, consider captivity.
Manage end-user price positioning according to marketing best practices, put customer at the core, and team with market region managers to gather competitive data.
Ensure market support : lead sales enablement, facilitate sales effort, develop a close relationship, collect feedback from the field, and adapt offering as necessary.
Educate internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of our services and the means to achieve objectives.
Define communication and promotional activities to attack new markets and preserve the installed base. Team up with communication specialists.
Consider new B2B buying models.
Bring economic perspectives to marketing and sales actions. Monitor results and take corrective action in conjunction with market managers.
Education & Training :
Marketing or equivalent business degree from upper school is a plus.
Technical background in machines and tools
Proven track record in sales
Past experience in product management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English, other languages French, German or Italian are an asset.
IT skills : MS office proficient, ERP, CRM, analysis tools
