The Opportunity Own the delivery and measurement of regional early career programs and practices. The leader and team are focused on selecting the best talent to meet CSL's Early Career and Talent strategy, while providing the talent with meaningful experiences, which will prepare them to contribute to CSL's mission of fulfilling our Promise to Patients.
This role is responsible for leading university relations work and Early Career programming across internships, apprentices, trainees, co-ops, and graduates, in the assigned area and serves as a DEI advocate in the marketplace.
The Role + Early career strategy deployment in assigned area+ Developing close and collaborative relationships with leading educational institutions+ Leveraging CSL's marketing capabilities to design and deploy an effective early career marketing strategy+ Extensive collaboration across the Talent Team, HRBPs, and program sponsors / leaders+ Ensure EC assignment managers are adhering to program guidelines and are providing accurate, consistent feedback on cohort performance, results, and behaviors modeling the CSL Values+ Understand the internal talent environment and external landscape+ Use data to inform specific skills and capabilities needed in candidate profiles and anticipate / plan hiring demand volumes+ Drive the overall headcount planning for assigned area to hit the hiring demands for Early Career talent+ Create and manage a program effectiveness scorecard+ Serve as an early career talent expert for program business sponsors and steering committee+ Effectively plan and manage program budget+ Contribute to and support the design and delivery of standard Early Career leadership and professional skills curriculum (Emerging Leaders)+ Responsible for setting the overall apprenticeship strategy, continuous improvement, processes, and activities to attract, develop and retain apprentices in Switzerland Your skills and experience + Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred+ Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or talent development leadership experience, preferably with a focus on early talent+ Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating large regional programs+ Understanding of how leaders develop+ Ability to construct learning paths and programs to support desired outcomes+ Experience with change management processes and projects+ Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)+ Federal Certificate Vocational Trainer desirable Our Benefits We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
