Job Description

The Shared Services Supervisor is a key leader and contributor within Roquette’s HR Shared Services organization. This position will provide operational leadership and oversight for the HR transactional support function, providing strong direction for achieving departmental performance and service delivery goals within the Americas region.

The Supervisor will work closely with HR partners, managers, and business leaders to drive execution and provide a best-

in-class HR experience. This role will also assist in the daily management and distribution of work amongst the Shared Services team to maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Leads the team in effectively and efficiently managing processes and delivery on service level agreements within the Americas region, and provides direction for related team member activities and projects.
  • Partners with the team and HR leadership to align appropriate resourcing. Conducts risk assessments to determine resource allocation and prioritization needs.
  • Develops and maintains oversight procedures to monitor transactional activity, optimize services, manage costs and performance, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Organizes the development and utilization of SLAs and key performance metrics to gain insight into customer experience, resource needs, process inputs and outputs, human resources, technology, and information security.
  • Ensures compliance with internal control standards and implement procedures to ensure efficiency, data integrity and integration with Benefits, HRIS and Payroll Systems to process multi-
  • state and international payrolls accurately.

  • Acts as primary departmental liaison to managers, HR and team for general inquiries and escalation resolution. Leads regular operational status calls with HR partners and key team members.
  • Collaborates effectively with others in order to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables within the shared services support function.
  • Create and foster relationships with division resources to expand or modify services to support departmental growth and efficiency.

  • Leads regular team huddles / meetings to discuss enhancements to departmental procedure. Engages team members in solution development and decision making.
  • Continually assesses existing programs and processes, and develops new initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Supports and processes work and project assignments, as assigned. Provides training and support to lower-level representatives and new staff as needed.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support initiatives which align with business goals.

  • Monitors and coaches staff to maximize performance, potential and delivery of SLA’s and related metrics and drive productivity improvements.
  • Fulfills the role of HR Organization Partner - Workday for the Americas region, performing roles and rights management and organization structure reorganization activities for US, Mexico and Canada.
  • Fulfills the role of Payroll Supervisor, verifies and approves payroll amounts for expats from the US / Canada / Mexico to other countries, verifies and approves associated payroll runs, and advised on payroll related topics with final decision making authority.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Requires 5-8 years related experience
  • Experience in leading a team of 4 or more HR professionals, including virtual employees.
  • Demonstrates strong process and project management capabilities
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to include planning, organizing, multi-tasking, managing competing priorities, and development of programs
  • Full competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 360, and Visio
  • Experience working in an HR organization partner or executive role in Workday preferred
