DocuWare's workflow solutions allow customers to move away from manual, time consuming processes. In this role, you will be working directly with customers and end users to gain an in-depth understanding of their business needs and to build, deliver, support & train them in the capabilities of their new workflow solutions.
Working on site & remotely as necessary, to analyse & document customers current business processes to create and configure best in class solutions.
What you will be doing
Understand customer business requirements and be able to offer tangible workflow solutions to business problems
Configure DocuWare solutions to meet customer requirements both on premise & in the cloud
Implement customers software on site and remotely, ensuring smooth installation and configuration
Be able to offer training, advice and hands on assistance to customers and colleagues
Act as the technical support to your sales side counterpart and be able to work closely with them to take over the customer relationship, leading into the design and implementation phase
Offer customers sound and knowledgeable advice to address & solve existing needs and future requirements
Bring an in-depth knowledge of microsoft windows client & server operating systems, databases (MS-SQL, oracle, mySQL) and Microsoft IIS, which will help you to understand how best to deliver solutions optimally
Act as an ambassador for Ricoh
Deliver completed customer solutions
Drive technical competency and growth
Build strong customer working relationships
Be the SME for DocuWare’s solutions in your Country / Region
You will ideally have
5 + yrs proven technical experience in ECM / DM / CM SW
Extensive knowledge of document process including the ability to build bespoke complex workflow solutions
Proven ability to understand customer problems and find best fit solutions (with a background in consultation being advantageous)
Understand workflows and business processes
Competitor product knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Effective time management and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
Multiple languages (English, German and French is mandatory)
Excellent IT skills inc : microsoft windows client & server operating systems, databases (MS-SQL, oracle, mySQL) & Microsoft IIS
Extensive business travel required
