  • Windows server with Active Directory.
  • Office 365 administration.
  • VMware ESXi.
  • Hyper-V.
  • Network infrastructure.
  • Linux and Windows based application servers running as VMs.
  • Installation and maintenance of equipment in server rooms, office and datacenter.
  • Migration of legacy systems and applications to newer systems.
  • Work on tickets in helpdesk queue.
  • Carry out IT induction for new staff to ensure the best possible end user experience.
  • Keep documentation of IT infrastructure up to date and accurate.
  • Check backups and carry out DR testing.
  • Maintaining compliance processes and reporting.
  • Work closely with security team to ensure security policies are met or exceeded.
  • Laptop deployment for new and existing users using SoE.
  • Ensure timely renewals for critical infrastructure.
  • Raising and tracking Purchase Requisitions for IT infrastructure.

  • Action oriented and motivated to conquer challenges.
  • Enjoys working hard and solving problems.
  • Can work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Spends the extra effort to keep staff operational and happy.

  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
