MSG is looking for a Business Development Specialist for IoTA, that will support the msg.IoTA team to grow the local business and develop the strategy to extend our market to Mercosur Region.
Place of work is Regensdorf.
What you will do?
Follow and plan new marketing initiatives and trends to improve the IoTA unit market strategy.
Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities and improving the business strategy.
Manage and develop the value of current customers through product cross-selling while attracting potential new ones, building long term relationships based on Customer relationship management (CRM).
Manage close contact and negotiation with the local customers to accurately understand the specific commercial and technical requirements and translate them into clear goals to mitigate with our MSG IoTA solutions.
Lead internal cross-functional teams to develop and adapt the required Iota solution in a successful way.
Asses the customers during the product lifecycle (from selling to implementation and post-sale support) as main point of contact.
Development of strategies to open the market in the Mercosur region (including partners and stakeholders required) and will manage all the potential Spanish speaking clients, continuing with the IoTa business unit expansion.
You will represent and pitch MSG IoTa to customers as well as industry and networking events.
Arrange and attend conferences, business meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and business proposals for clients.
Developing new leads for business growth, goals for the team development and establish a strategy to meet them.
Seamlessly integrate and coordinate with the team.
What experiences you should have?
At least Master’s degree in business, marketing, IT or related field is a must
Proficient in MS Office environment, CRM software knowledge and experience are a big plus (Ms Dynamics, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Relationship Management / Business Development position, within the Financial Services or Insurance industries.
Experience and strong knowledge of the Mercosur region, such as corporate network, business development in the region, corporate portfolio management and digital transformation projects.
Proved experience in sales, C-level relationship management and business development with KPIs demonstrated achievements.
Previous experience with data based digital projects and implementation with direct customers and end customers (B2B2C).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Outstanding presentation skills and highly client-oriented attitude.
Excellent organizational skills, decisiveness, and reliability.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, lead cross-functional teams, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Excellent English and Spanish, German is an advantage and other languages are a plus.
