For this position we are looking for a motivated and experienced personality as a Technician in Equipment and Infrastructure.
Main responsibilities include the following :
Ensure within a small team of specialists a high level availability and performance of the distribution center operations.
Support state of the art preventive and curative maintenance mainly of the distribution related buildings and technical infrastructure in a sustainable manner.
Demonstrate strong teamwork capability in performing his job with his peers as well as with the counterparts (Partners / Suppliers / Staff etc.)
Drive innovation in concepts and solutions to strive for state of the art and cost effective infrastructure to support growth and cost reduction developments.
Supports technical capital projects for DC and to cope with cost, function, quality and timing.
Ensure a consistent, high level infrastructure and equipment availability to support site activities and business growth.
Proactively plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance in DC according to the TPM approach and perform a strong and reactive curative Maintenance process.
Consistently delivers personal focus goals
Support and drive safety and environmental health improvements.
Ensure positive audits (14001 / Safety / Security / Known Shipper / AEO / S&Ox etc.)
To successfully fulfil this role we are looking for the following requirements to be met :
Graduated technical vocational training (Mechatronics technician)
Professional education in maintenance work
Permission for internal installation work, min. NIV Art. 15
Experience in automation
Very good knowledge in alike industry (Distribution Centers and / or Logistics infrastructures)
State of the art knowledge in the technical support area
Convincing personality with a strong service orientation
Strong conceptual thinker and problem solver
Analytical and process oriented thinking
Quick in understanding and acting
High flexibility and ready to be key part of 1nd level Pikett organization
German mother tongue and good English knowledge (written and spoken)
Good expertise in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project and Outlook)
