The Bern site, with its approx. 400 people of over 25 nationalities, acts as a center of expertise for development and manufacturing of innovative cell based viral- and bacterial vaccines and bacterial based therapeutic products.
After the respective trainings, you are expected to coordinate and conduct microbiological and analytical testing on raw materials, products and various other samples
Coordinate and maintain the production process for leading vaccine development programs
Maintain the ERP production process with process orders creation to ensure transparency and accuracy in production schedule
Establish effective communication with various groups such as customers and plant production departments
Monitor orders from start to end to ensure the on-time delivery of products
Interact and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain the master site production plan in line with customer requirements
Monitor planning modules or production planning system with current lead times, and related information
Monitor material availability and material flow through material reservations and MRP controlling
Monitor and anticipate production issues and secure parts needed for production. Ensure timely ordering and delivery of components to support manufacturing activities
Prepare production reports
Prepare material reports
Participate in new product launch meetings and assist in developing new product forecasts and production schedules
Act as part of material creation workflow for Planning views creation
Who we are looking for
Vocational Commercial degree or University degree
Work experience in a Supply Chain related function
Relevant ERP (SAP) Production Planning experience (Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) is a plus
Good communication and negotiation skills in English and preferably in German too
Customer focused. Results and performance driven
Problem solving and analytical capabilities
Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
