Description

Are you interested to work for an expert in professional digital communications in the Retail industry?

Do you have experience delivering IT Support? (1st and 2nd Line)

I'm looking for someone who :

Has experience providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, solving internal concerns (Workstations, Telephone Systems, Printers etc.)

Will support the outsourcing partner for internal IT

Will support and monitor internal application

Will support in the creation of operating documentation

Speaks Fluent German & English

Has a Computer Science / Engineering Degree

Who is interested in :

Project assistance tasks
