We’re looking for a Senior Consolidation & Reporting Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Director External Reporting, you will be part of a team responsible to provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of group results and produce consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
As primary point of contact for group subsidiaries, your mission will be to prepare monthly / quarterly / annual financial results and management information that support decision-making across the business in accordance with group guidelines.
Participate in the group consolidation process, including review of the subsidiary reporting packages to ensure a high level of financial data quality;
Support the development of the consolidation and reporting systems and roll-out to group entities; support further system updates and process improvements;
Participate in the preparation of periodic consolidated group financial statements under IFRS and any related filings with regulatory bodies;
Prepare key financial analysis for group purposes;
Liaise with other group functions (Tax, Legal, Treasury, etc.) as part of reporting activities;
Support group entities with statutory compliance and reporting where necessary;
Participate in ad hoc projects, including M&A activities, implementation of new standards or processes.

Key Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an international matrix organization;
A Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience of consolidation in an international group;
Some working knowledge of best-in-class consolidation & reporting software (Hyperion HFM, SAP BFC, Tagetik, etc.);
Knowledge about IFRS or U.S. GAAP;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Self-motivated, solution-oriented and results-driven;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to prioritize and organize, ensuring all tasks are completed in a time efficient manner.
Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions;
