What you achieve

You support process owners in developing meaningful metrics and KPIs. These control our business processes. Together with the data warehouse team, you provide the necessary data basis.

You specify data requirements and enable meaningful analyses. Plus, you design dashboards and provide support for targeted implementation.

According to our style guides, you create attractive performance dashboards and use advanced tableau functionalities. With the help of the facts and figures provided, we bring transparency to the processes.

In addition, you create detailed analyses and help identify further potential for optimization. You present the results of your analysis to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

By doing so, you continuously improve quality and create the greatest possible benefit for our customers.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (Uni / UAS / technical college) in computer science, mathematics, data science, or similar
  • Several years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
  • Sound knowledge of dashboard design (preferably with tableau)
  • Fast data understanding, good at extracting data (for both relational and Hadoop-based data stores)
  • Basic know-how in statistical methods and experience in R or Python
  • Very structured, detail-oriented, pronounced time management
  • Experienced in successful multi-tasking in a demanding environment
  • Familiar with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
