Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are offering an interesting position as Junior Treasury Business Analyst within our Treasury Change organization
Analyse and gain and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for improvements in execution
Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS standard methodology
Handle and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
Work on treasury and trading systems
Work with IT teams to cascade requirements and review the IT solution
Develop test plans, cases and execute functional testing and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
Interact with business stakeholders from Treasury, Product control, Global Liquidity Group, Financial Accounting
Follow through on issues and open item with multiple partners globally and develop solutions, propose solutions, and facilitate agreeing a conclusion
Up to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst for projects in Financial Services industry
Sound understanding of Financial Products like OTC and exchange traded derivatives, FX, Loans Money Market Products
Understanding of Trading products and front to back processing flows
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Able to document information accurately and succinctly
Solid communication skills (verbal & written) in English and analytical skills
Ability and willingness to put hard work to quickly learn new topics, systems and processes
A strong sense of ownership and are able to work independently and take initiative
