As the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager, you will be a business partner to the sales leaders, supporting them in the go-to-market model definition, by designing and implementing SFE deliverables, including segmentation & targeting, account planning, incentive calculation, and CRM system management.

Furthermore, you will liaise with Europe Regional colleagues on Commercial Excellence initiatives to have an outstanding value proposition to a targeted customer audience, to track all relevant KPIs and performance in a standardized manner as well as to develop the field force skills to be able to follow future requirements of the market.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Setup infrastructure and systems in close alignment with ComEx regional team (CRM, Data warehouse, QS analytics, etc.) and ensure high data quality and utilization
  • Provide valuable and actionable insights to the commercial team on the go-to-market model, supporting strategic reviews and resource allocation process
  • Implement SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs for physician, pharmacy and specialty FFs across the different BUs
  • Drive FF productivity and improve quality and transparency of resource allocation decision making by targeting & segmentation, territory design / alignment, FF capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design and monitoring, customer acquisition strategies and action plans, performance measurement and monitoring, FF return on investment analysis for all FF lines
  • Develop, upgrade and monitor FF incentive systems
  • Align strategic company and BU objectives with sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes
  • Implement local and regional SFE performance monitoring dashboards and provide regular reports to BUs and regions
  • Supporting the commercial team in the customer journey creation in the context of Omni channel
  • Minimum requirements

    What you'll bring to the role :

  • University degree in economy or comparable education
  • 2+ years of experience in SFE / Analytics / Consulting or comparable position
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate trends and market developments out of data and sales activity KPIs
  • A collaborative nature and good ability to work in teams paired with high confidence in presenting to and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken), French and / or Italian is an advantage
