Entreprise : A global industryDescription du poste : Reporting to the Director Strategy, the Junior Strategy Adviser oversees corporate strategy coordination, drives strategy improvement, implementation and dissemination in the framework of the company's long-

term vision and mission. As such, he or she directly contributes to the strategic process, notably providing continuous inputs to fuel Top Management's strategic thinking, harmonizing the long-

term strategic planning process and supporting the transformation agenda. The incumbent also ensures that organization-wide initiatives and projects are aligned with strategic imperatives and provides support to the implementation of transformation plans.

The position offers significant exposure to the Senior Management Team and to various key internal stakeholders, enabling the incumbent to have a real footprint in the company's strategic journey.

  • Be a proactive front-runner in the development of the corporate strategy and the development of the organisation based on external and internal assessments (industry trends, SWOT, etc.)
  • Develop and implement strategic planning instruments and frameworks to further evolve thestrategic planning process
  • Formalise, review and regularly update the medium and long term strategic roadmap of the organisation together with the management team
  • Participate to the definition of yearly objectives that are aligned with company long-term ambitions
  • As a key contributor of the Strategy and Execution team, become the go-to person for strong problem solving related to the strategy
  • Act as a partner and challenger to internal stakeholders to ensure the strategy execution and drive effective implementation of key strategic projects
  • Contribute to the strategic and transformation monitoring and reporting process to senior management
  • Highlight risks and opportunities, providing senior management with options to maintain continuous momentum
  • Create compelling presentation materials to communicate key insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Support the development of tools, frameworks and processes enabling the company to approach & execute strategies in a consistent way
  • Develop executive level communications for senior management, proposing clear story lines and presentations
  • Act as an ambassador of change, sharing and stimulating best practices in the implementation of the strategy and the transformation processDescription du profil : -
  • Master degree 4+ years of professional experience, either functioning in strategy consulting environment or inan in-house corporate strategy team-

    Experience crafting and implementing strategies for transformation and growth at the corporate,business or product level-

    Excellent research, problem-solving and analytical skills, with impeccable analytical and business judgment- Ability to lead conversations at the most senior levels and independently drive high profile initiative-

    Ability to lead discussions with all level of the organization- French and english fluent
