Your field of responsibility
In this customer faced role you'll provide 1st level IT Support to our bank user. You’ll assist our clients in questions all about our IT systems, advise them in best practices, taking care of their corporate devices such as laptops or mobile phones.
You’ll be located in one of our IT Cafés, which are well frequented walk-in locations in various Credit Suisse buildings across Zurich.
Your competence will be crucial to ensure our bank users productivity. With your commitment you’ll always provide a positive customer experience.
