The Senior Account Manager will have client services experience in healthcare. The position offers a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for healthcare to work with leading clients in the pharmaceutical fields.

help direct the execution of a range of multi-channel tactics for several clients· You’re super creative : You can write compelling, engaging and fresh briefs and work with creative teams, including designers and copy writers, to develop exceptional deliverables for our clients· You have excellent judgement : can make decisions and keep the team informed, but also know when to raise a red flag· You have a flair for exceptional client service and can seamlessly manage multiple accounts· You have a minimum 4 years of experience : primarily in brand promotion, with client service experience in an agency environment ROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS · Ability to work within cross-functional teams internally (with colleagues based in Switzerland, London and / or the US) to deliver client work· Excellent command of English, additional fluency in German and / or French would be an asset· Flexible on location;
based near Zurich or Basel an asset. Other travel within Switzerland may be required, with occasional trips to London· Understand the client / brand strategic vision, and contribute to conversations regarding strategy· Lead planning and preparation for client meetings, allocating roles and tasks to other team members and presenting / leading sessions in meeting as appropriate.
This includes booking meetings, providing agendas and producing contact reports for all client meetings· Take and interpret briefs from clients, identify any information gaps and plan how to fill those gaps· Support day-to-day client contact in executing requests and delivering planned activities and materials whilst effectively managing client expectations· Identify and anticipate client requests / issues / needs and plan accordingly· Responsible for accuracy of all materials at all stages of development· Build trust with client, whereby you’re seen by the client as their go to’ person· Demonstrate current knowledge on market and how this can affect clients / brands· Establish strong internal relationships, and utilise these to seamlessly execute your role· Display excellent interpersonal skills and coach more junior team members to learn· Develop draft scopes of work, supplier contracts, presentations, creative briefs, and other internal / external communications· Ensure client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across deliverables and with respective cross functional teams e.
g. creative, tech development, finance etc.· Ensure that account status, including a clear indication of next steps and actions, is documented on a weekly basis and shared both internally and with client· Willingness and ability to run client calls or meetings independently· Manage account finances and resourcing;
must be able to track budget, raise invoices and POs and allocate staffing MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS · Demonstrate ability to manage multiple internal teams, projects and clients simultaneously· Support the development of more junior team members, including supporting day-to-day activity development as well as reaching individual goals· Manage internal time frames whilst maintaining realistic expectations of others· Gain commitment to workflow schedules through negotiation· Remain calm, prevent panic and maintain a positive approach, which is imparted upon others· Set up and coordinate internal team wash-up / review meetings to assess effectiveness and improve team collaboration COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS · Write inspirational creative briefs which are well thought through, based on insight and are appropriate for the task· Deliver strong verbal briefings· Produce briefs in a timely fashion, ensuring input from all relevant internal stakeholders (including accounts, creative and tech development)· Provide considered and constructive feedback on creative work upon assessment against briefs· Present and defend creative work with confidence· Keep key internal stakeholders informed of timelines and key development stages for projects· Ensure clients are aware of project burns, any external costs and billing schedules AGENCY REPRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS · Contribute positively to the culture of the agency· Commercially aware of the impact that decisions have on the financial and commercial strength of the agency, and act to maximise these at all times· Support the agency in reaching its goals, and proactively suggest ways to help to achieve these· Seeks to help improve agency processes, and improve efficiency PERSONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE · Highly organised with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detail· Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaboration· Able to devise and articulate solutions to problems on an ongoing basis : don’t come with problems, come with solutions· Professional presence, performs with a sense of urgency and with a client service orientation· Confidence to manage upward when required;
