We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be based in Chiasso to join us.
This role will be responsible for implementing a Product Marketing strategy with the goal to identify the right product and getting it to the right customers to generate sales and profits and help new customer acquisition.
Define the product identity and create the go-to-market plan, with consistent messaging for all lastminute.com websites and brands, working closely together with the Product and Marketing teams, in an agile, OKR-driven, fast-paced organisation
Work with Product Managers and Creative team in creating messaging to develop unique selling proposition both for new and existing products
Lead a small team of designers to support product identity and implementation also working closely with UX team
Plan and coordinate in the launch of new services and products and revamp the existing, including the campaign coordination on the marketing channels and the creative assets production
Take care of activation of the products in the Customer Journey working closely with UX and Product Managers
Continuously measure and learn by analysing KPIs and the market trends
5+ years professional experience in an agile multinational business environment as a Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager / Product Designer
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of Marketing, Communication, Design or Business
Skilled at working effectively with international cross-functional teams
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid end-to-end understanding of Digital and eCommerce business
Familiarity with product management methods including product discovery, design thinking and product delivery methods
Knowledge and experience in conversion optimization, design and research from a product management perspective
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
