You will join the HQ marketing team of 6 people, joining forces with the local teams for Marketing in Italy, Spain and Germany, managing, growing and promoting a web and mobile digital property of 4 million users / month.

Global CRM Growth Specialist
We are looking for a professional specialized in the implementation and improvement of CRM processes who manages the data of current and potential customers, proposes multichannel strategies and programs to acquire and retain customers.
The ideal candidate has already proven her or himself in being a key player in a digital service (such as an app, a marketplace, a service provider) and can be the glue between the sectors involved, including the IT department, the Mktg area and the global sales sector.
As Global CRM Growth Specialist, you will :
Design and map customer journeys based on Consumer Experience and Engagement strategy
Analyze data with the help of the BI specialist to cross reference behavioural data (from Analytics systems) with usage and user data (from SQL based reporting and PowerBI) to get report and insights on how to improve strategy and processes
Design and plan customer communications , across the customer lifecycle and identify improvements and innovations to interact with customers more effectively.
Give feedback to help to mature and optimize the strategy
Ensure a proper technical configuration of the campaign
Test to make communications more effective, thereby driving better customer engagement and achieving business goals.
Ensure that data governance and data strategy are in place and compliant
Your qualifications and experience :
Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant field
5+ years experience in digital marketing , with focus in multichannel marketing journey design, customer insights and digital marketing / ecommerce
In-depth knowledge and experience in marketing CRM
Knowledge and use of the main CRM platforms
Experience in customer journey mapping & design and building lifecycle marketing programs
Strong experience in digital campaign execution, analysis, testing and optimization
Experience in Marketing automation, retargeting and web analytics to measure the impact of retention actions
Thorough understanding of dataflows and databases
Experience in managing complex environments with multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities
An analytical mindset with problem solving skills
Strong communication skills.
knowledge of Agile Scrum
Fluency in English
