Senior Regional Category Manager, EAMEA
The Role :
The Blue Microphones Regional Category Manager is responsible to drive the category and marketing strategy for the Blue Microphones brand in the European & Asia Pacific (EAMEA) markets.
The position will be based in Lausanne, Switzerland and will report to the EAMEA Head of Marketing. The Regional Category Manager will partner with the local country teams to drive and develop the Blue Microphones brand across Europe and Asia Pacific.
The key approach is to embrace the global strategy and offering of Blue Microphones and to also understand the local market & consumer needs for the brand within Europe and Asia Pacific.
The Regional Category Manager will then be responsible to develop and execute the winning category and marketing plans to make Blue Microphones a success within the region.
The successful candidate must have solid experience in influencing and working with cross-cultural teams as well as the ability to engage and interact with teams in remote locations.
He or she will need to possess the experience to be able to work closely with country teams to drive product, channels, pricing and marketing planning across the region.
They will also partner with the Blue Microphones business group to provide key insights and direction pertaining to the European and Asia Pacific markets.
He or she must have strong experience in consumer marketing and demonstrate a passion and interest in understanding consumer needs as well as online and offline retail channels, with the following goals :
