Vos fonctions

  • Responsible for all aspects of paid SEM, SEO, and Google shopping campaigns including strategy, execution, campaign management and optimization
  • Establish and deliver on multiple KPIs, from upper-funnel brand metrics to traffic and sales for brand key ecommerce website
  • Showcase a deep understanding of how search engines work, and how to optimize websites to be ranked highly on search engines
  • Create a comprehensive plan and roadmap to achieve SEM & SEO growth objectives
  • Set SEM KPI benchmarks and lead team to achieve targeted performance goals including search volumes, margins, and revenue
  • Partner with CRM team to create seasonal audience segmentation strategy for media targeting
  • Collaborate with Social Media teams to maximize their efforts through paid advertising
  • Lead ongoing search testing and optimization by testing ad messaging, ad formats, and landing pages
  • Analyze and report search performance for use in monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Set and review search planning budget to support P&L goals
  • Manage external agency teams to execute, optimize, and measure all paid marketing channels
  • Votre Profil

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, IT and Statistic are preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, agency background is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge in digital media including search, affiliate, display, social and SEO
  • Profound analytical and Excel skills
  • Hands on attitude and strong abilities on plan, drive and present results
  • Experience in Google merchant center, Google Ads 360 and Google Analytics as a must
  • English is a must, German French and Italian are consider a strong plus
  • Proven team player who can effectively work and interface with all levels of the organization and with team in remote
  • Autonomous, responsible and team player
