The Senior GHEOR (Global Health Economics & OutcomesResearch) Project Leader is responsible for :
Leading the development and execution of a global,innovative and sound HEOR program for selected assets of theHematology and Ophthalmology franchises that is aligned with theMarket Access strategy
Developing together with the Access Core Teamconvincing value propositions towards payers / health technologyassessments (HTA) and proactively identifying evidence requirementsto support the relative value demonstration and productdifferentiation
Ensuring that such market access perspective isintegrated into the target product profile and the integratedevidence plan
Driving the collaborative generation of acomplementary payer / HTA relevant evidence package (e.g. realworld studies, resource data collection, statistical analyses incl.
network meta-analyses and economic models) exploring trulyinnovative solutions such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) drivenapproaches
Optimizing communication of the evidence packageand value proposition through value messaging, publicationsetc.
Translating the value proposition into the pricingand reimbursement submission strategy for HTA agencies to securereimbursement in the key markets globally and optimal valuedemonstration
Who you are
Minimum a master’s degree, doctoraldegree preferred in health services research, public health,epidemiology, or health economics or an MBA isrequired
5 years’ experience working in HEOR, MarketAccess and / or closely related areas in a pharmaceutical company,including a major fraction of experience in Global roles and in keyHTA countries (e.g. UK, Canada)
Understand market access and HTA needs in keymarkets
In depth knowledge of clinical research especiallyclinical studies and drug development strategies, hands onexperience in the evaluation of health care interventions andconducting health economics, health related quality of life, and / orhealth services research studies for a pharmaceuticalcompany
Excellent interpersonal skills required : ability tounderstand multiple internal and external customer demands andestablish great relationship and manage and handle conflictconstructively
Excellent process and project managementskills
Excellent oral and written English communicationskills required.
