We are looking for a team member in the Assurance Business Partner team in Zurich, Berne, Lucerne and Zug from 01.09.2021 (or as soon as possible) 60% - 100%.
The ABP team within the Assurance practice supports the Audit teams all over Switzerland.
As a working student you will be responsible for your own project portfolio and work directly with the managers by executing administrative tasks and support the Audit team.
Your key responsibilities
You work closely with our audit executives, audit teams and various internal departments and stakeholders
You are the main point of contact with regards to administrative project management tasks
You will be advising and supporting managers on all engagement related administrative tasks and ensure project progress from the beginning to the end of the project
You drive the project controlling process (including planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting)
You are responsible for the quality assurance of the data entry, budgeting and forecasting of the projects
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Completed commercial apprenticeship or be a working student, wanting to work part-time
Experience in project- and process management with a variety of stakeholders is be benefit
You have energy, enthusiasm, and the courage to lead tasks and projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong solution-oriented mindset
Written and spoken English and German
