Customer Booking Agent - Contact Centre

Salary : £9.50 per hour + uncapped commission
Working Hours : 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern : Monday - Friday between 7am-9pm WEEKENDS OFF!
Holidays : 29 days plus bank holidays increases to 31 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service

Some of the key duties of a Customer Booking Agent are :
Managing inbound and outbound calls and booking free consultation appointments
Creating prospects and recording data in the system
Responding to pre-sale customer queries as well as supporting internally about the products / services we offer
Liaising internally with various departments to finalize the booking process as well as contracts
Some of the essential skills for a Customer Booking Agent are :
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
A friendly, and informative telephone manner
Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality
Accurate data capture and typing skills
Excellent communication skills with problem solving aptitude
IT and Microsoft Office skills
