For our CRM team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

The primary focus of this six-month internship will be to coordinate the creation of CRM campaigns in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key to a successful internship is to improve the KPI of our CRM activations as well as take on and support CRM projects.
Duration : 6 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Campaign management of CRM activations (e-mail, SMS or else) on HQ side : Creation of assets with content teams Keep planning up to date and manage the market requests Follow-up on the proofing process and guarantee validations Provide analysis on campaign results through analytic tools and prepare a monthly reporting
Follow-up on database management requests (delete profiles, update information in all systems) and reply mailbox responses.
Follow-up on Richemont CRM projects and take on IWC specific CRM projects
Evangelize and train markets and HQ on the new CRM systems
YOUR PROFILE :
University degree in Business, Economics
Hands-on personality that is used to work independently, very organized and has a strong attention for details
First practical experience in the field of marketing activation is required. Knowledge of CRM and most common tools is a plus (Salesforce, Oracle, Hubspot, MS dynamic or else)
Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
