Temp. After Sales & Customer Service Assistant 100% (m / f)
Be responsible for the functions of receiving, replenishing, shipping and communicating after-sales service. Demonstrate independent judgment and provide effective administrative support within the department and other departments.
Comply with standards to ensure all products returned are filled and processed on a timely basis.
Ability to manage emergencies and priorities related to customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, as well as with sales force, customer service.
Customer Support : Answer complex, difficult individual, internal or external, questions about product availability, pricing, delivery times, and orders status, respond to inquiries accurately and quickly.
Applicable also for after-sales activities.
Communicate with other service personnel such as Service Technicians, Store, Customer Service, Quality or Operations Department to confirm the status of repairs to respond to customer complaints.
After-sales activities : send quotes, invoices, track and verify payments. Assume all the logistics of the repair returns.
Education / Experience Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent) required and 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office.
Strong Proficiency in the SAP ERP.
Experience in after-sales service in an industrial environment.
Experience in one of the reception / stocking / picking / shipping functions or a distribution function.
Ability to communicate in English and French in both orally and in written form in a clear and concise manner.
