For our client we are looking for a
Your new challenge
Provide leadership and support for SAP in an inhouse organization consisting of multiple business and requirements; Lead a headcount of over 70 FTEs distributed globally;
Management of an augmented taskforce consisting of external IT providers; Leverage technical know-how of SAP to conceptualize, manage and deliver solutions;
Build relationships with key stakeholders from the business to fully understand the complex operational and commercial challenges / opportunities;
Plan, oversee and deliver migration of legacy systems into SAP; Be at the forefront of SAP innovations, provide the SAP organization with thought leadership to foster innovation;
Efficiently identify and solve issue with teams in disparate locations, ensure project deadlines are met by helping resolve bottlenecks;
Forster, grow and enable your team to operate at the highest level; Capacity management, portfolio review, platform lifecycle management.
What we ask for
University degree in Computer Science or similar; At least 15 years’ of experience in ERP systems, 10 of which have been dedicated to SAP;
Proven track record of building and managing teams across geographies as well as delivering SAP projects of various complexity and size;
Knowledge in various SAP modules : FICO, MM, PP, SD and HANA; Experience in managing different offshore delivery teams; Strong track record in business-
driven transformations; Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring and personnel management skills; solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels;
Ability to work effectively, drive results and find practical solutions to issues where no precedent has been yet set; Strong drive, outstanding initiative and consistent deliverer of high-level performance.
