What it's about

Based in Partners Group's global headquarters in Zug, the role has been designed to support the project-based implementation of a new Client Relationship Management software to fit the firm's growth aspirations and growing complexity.

The position will serve as an interface between the application owner(s) and the broader business teams in the Client Solutions department.

You will work closely with the client relationship management team as well as the project management team, mandated to perform pre-implementation scoping and requirement gathering across the global Client Solutions team.

This involves liaising between all stakeholders and communicating across all ranks within the department. During the project, you will sign-off on requirements in your area of responsibility and you will be involved in the UAT testing of relevant areas of the CRM.

The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and an entrepreneurial approach.

The role will be part of the Client Solutions Services team in the Zug office and will be a 1-year contract for employment.

What we expect

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, business administration or communications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry or a project management role
  • An understanding of the financial industry (ideally private markets) would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage communication between multiple stakeholders
  • Project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and setting appropriate priorities while maintaining a high standard is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving goals in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Natural team player with excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and liaise with global teams
  • Passionate and entrepreneurial to bring in your own initiatives, challenge and improve existing content and processes
  • Conflict resolution and change management skills are required
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management software (e.g. Siebel, Sales Force, Deal Cloud) is essential
