This is a fundamental role within the operations team of Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS). This key function ensures the link between various internal and external stakeholders in order to meet the operational excellence in a fast growing international business unit.

You will report to the head customer reporting within operations and provide service to internal stakeholders, customers and network partners worldwide.

This role offers you a unique chance to be part of a transforming business and dynamic working environment and also gives you an opportunity to gain in depth knowledge in 4 focused areas : Reinsurance, Customer Reporting, Data Management and Underwriting principals.

Your Role As a Multinational Solutions Account Manager your main responsibilities will involve :

  • Interacting with network partners worldwide to obtain and validate reinsurance data in a timely and accurate manner
  • Using a strong analytical ability and accuracy to process the received data
  • Delivering international programs (captive and pool reports) in accordance in due quality and within the agreed timeline
  • Serving the customers providing timely and high quality assistance
  • Training and informing both network partners and customers regarding reporting requirements and propositions
  • Providing analysis, expertise and insights into financial measurements and performance indicators, prepare the results for Management team
  • Support in performing critical process review to drive the improvements
  • Managing information and communication with various internal and external stakeholders across functions
  • Support financial processes and providing inputs from business perspective for reinsurance balances invoicing and settlements, quarterly close reporting and bookings
  • Your Skills and Experience As a Multinational Solutions Account Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of work experience in multinational operations department and working with multinational customers in a global environment.
  • Specific work experience in reinsurance, scheme administration or underwriting, accounting is an advantage
  • Strong ability to proactively identify process issues, manage escalations and collaborate
  • Can Do attitude
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Think innovative beyond the existing procedures and be open for the process maintenance, proposing transformation approach within the related functions
  • Fluency (orally and in writing) in English plus one additional language is mandatory (preferably German), any other additional languages are advantageous
  • Highly motivated team player with willingness to grow in a multicultural work environment and ability to face and overcome the challenges of multi-
  • functional business structure

  • Ability to produce consistently high quality information within tight deadlines keeping strong attention to detail, and ability to evaluate and set priorities appropriately
