Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client instructions, as well as the efficient handling of client enquiries, escalating to senior colleagues where necessary.
YOUR CHALLENGE
The Assistant supports the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all EAM, EFA and end-client related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the Relationship Opening Process as well as maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems.
The Assistant provides prompt and complete assistance, tracks dossiers and follows up documentation. The RMs relies on the Assistant to process various requests and enquiries, e.
g. Portfolio Reporting, Legal & Compliance, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.
The Assistant is involved in the on-going information exchange with RMs & Dedicated Business Developer regarding the course of business.
Within the Team, the Assistant is also responsible for accurate, efficient and timely processing of payments, orders and various trades, as well as documenting EAM / end-client instructions and performing call-backs.
