Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client instructions, as well as the efficient handling of client enquiries, escalating to senior colleagues where necessary.


The Assistant supports the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all EAM, EFA and end-client related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the Relationship Opening Process as well as maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems.

The Assistant provides prompt and complete assistance, tracks dossiers and follows up documentation. The RMs relies on the Assistant to process various requests and enquiries, e.

g. Portfolio Reporting, Legal & Compliance, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.

The Assistant is involved in the on-going information exchange with RMs & Dedicated Business Developer regarding the course of business.

Within the Team, the Assistant is also responsible for accurate, efficient and timely processing of payments, orders and various trades, as well as documenting EAM / end-client instructions and performing call-backs.

  • Supporting administratively the RMs and the Team Head
  • Processing of EAM / EFA / end-client instructions / enquires incl. signature check & quality assurance
  • Executing single & bulk orders, trades, payments, forex transactions, fiduciary deposits, structured products, derivatives, etc.
  • Documenting email & telephone instructions and tracking dossiers
  • Performing call-backs
  • Supporting operationally the RMs in EAM / EFA relationship maintenance and servicing
  • Trouble shooting and collaborating closely with bank-internal cross-teams / divisions
  • Managing the client relationships incl. processing various EAM / EFA requests and enquiries (Legal, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.)
  • Opening & closing of EAM / EFA relationships and maintaning technical relationship
  • Opening & closing of end-client accounts
  • Training EAMs to use Bear Online and supporting them via the Bear Online hotline

  • Min. 5-year experience in an Assistant or Support position
  • Previous professional experience in the banking industry or with an EAM
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Good capacity to cope with stress
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team player with refined communication skills
  • Commercial education
  • Experience in direct client contact
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Very good MS Office skills, CRM, Excel, PowerPoint
