    A Client Service Representative who can support our team in Zurich when it comes to client related matters.

    What you will be responsible for

    As Client Service Representative you will

    Act as a point of contact for operational activities and client inquiriesMonitor and oversee the performance of Shared Service teams / Operations as it relates to the overall service delivery for the clientEnsure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the corporation and deliver excellent service to clientDeliver highly valued services to client to ensure quality services are consistently delivered and client is offered State Street’s full range of servicesDisplay and provide expertise in functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines attending training as requiredProactively share and promote new ideas to support process improvements and changes to team processesBe accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of resultsEnsure team is achieving accuracy and meeting pre-determined deadlinesEstimate personnel needs, assign work, oversee short term deliverables, coordinate workflowsApply the 'risk' escalation chain matching the context / policy e.

    g. operational issues to managers and suspicious transactions to Compliance representatives

    Education & Preferred Qualifications

    Successfully completed university degree or similar educational backgroundSeveral years of financial services experience, ideally with custody exposure and knowledge of financial market activities and transactionsFluency in English and German, French language skills beneficialExcellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
