A recognized brand in the luxury industry
This person will report to the Chief Marketing Officer of the company.
The main goal of this position is to increase the visibility and awareness of the brand worldwide, with a positive effect on the product's sales.
Digital Media
Develop the overall digital and media strategy for the brand with the support of their digital and creative partners.
Plan all digital marketing including website, SEA / SEO, marketing database, email / newsletters, social media and paid advertising campaigns (digital, display, print, etc.) globally.
Ensure proper implementation of digital media campaigns
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, providing advices for its proper adoption.
Digital Project Management
Lead digital marketing projects related to Ecommerce, CRM, etc.
Manage relationships and collaborate with digital agencies, other relevant vendor partners such as Launchmetrics and media vendors.
Work with global and local marketing teams, support teams (such as agencies and programmers) and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Support the management and tracking of budgets related to media and digital activities.
Support the planning and execution of projects related to trade marketing, events, PR and / or content creation as needed.
Analysis and Reporting
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate against objectives (KPIs and ROI).
Have strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights against industry and competitive benchmarks.
PROFILE
BS / MS in marketing or related field.
Min 5 years of professional digital marketing experience in the luxury industry preferred.
Experience developing media strategies from concept to execution.
Strong awareness of luxury brand image and interest in marketing innovation.
Previous experience in website and Ecommerce management is a plus.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEA / SEO, database marketing, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns) and platforms (website).
Experience with landing page and user funnel optimization.
Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
Strong knowledge of Google tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager), CMS such as WordPress and digital tools (e.
g. MailChimp, Iconosquare, SemRush, etc.).
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
