Support and provide advice to site managers on above topics
Support the introduction of HR tools incl. HR IT tools and the harmonization of HR processes for the group
Minimum 6 years of successful experiences as Payroll Specialist or equivalent in a multi-country environment
Swiss HR Certificate required, Bachelor’s Degree , Brevet Federal a plus
English : minimum C1, written and oral fluency
Based in Switzerland since several years
Good organizer and implementer of processes and tools in an HR environment.
Good technical skills in HR and good generalist understanding of labour laws
