Maintain a thorough understanding of the Travel Retail channel, diverse brands, sales objectives and marketing programs
Adjust and implement different brands strategies driven by the Travel Retail channel as well as global consumer base in the regions

Define brands strategy for the Travel Retail channel, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regional needs (bridge between global and regional teams)
Build innovation calendar and optimize line ups based on Travel Retail consumer needs
Leadership on new product development (TR exclusive items), briefing global teams, analyzing financials, to ultimately drive growth in the regional markets
Establish forecast files, coordinate forecast process on saleable and GWPs and ensure sales forecasts are regularly updated
Perform monthly business analysis for your brands, to be shared with global brand teams, in collaboration with the multifunctional and regional teams.
Update key presentations & files e.g., line up files, assortment, marketing presentations (budget, innovation, etc.)
Liaise closely with the Visual Merchandising & central Merchandising teams to implement merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency of image, ensuring the brands look best in class in all store environments
Ensure the successful launch of new products. Closely monitor brands performance, products launches, execution, sell-in / sell-out qualitative information, market trends and opportunities
Maximize brand creative opportunities through finding creative solutions, making sure all executions have been fully approved by Global Brand team and the license
Profitability guardian , tracking C1 of innovations and other projects.
Spearhead relationships with key internal contacts, with emphasis on effectively influencing and challenging Global Brand teams, providing a sound understanding of the TR marketplace

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Qualifications / experience
Master’s degree in Management and / or Marketing (or related / equivalent discipline)
Min 5 year’s Marketing experience in Beauty / Luxury and / or Consumer Goods
Previous experience in Travel Retail is a plus
Passion for Beauty - Fragrances, Color Cosmetics and Skincare.
Ability to lead and direct in a highly matrix organization, across multiple markets and cultures
Experience in developing and managing forecasts
Excellent presentation, communication and administrative skills
Language : Fluent English is a must
Office package : Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Internet Explorer
Experience with automated reporting tools is a plus (Tableau, MS Power BI).
