Huntsman have a rare opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in the Automotive sector to join our Advanced Materials Business Division focused on the growth of our Global E-mobility market segment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership of the development & implementation of a global marketing strategy through the identification of market opportunities to develop and grow this market in line with business expectations.
As the Global Marketing Manager, you will :
Define, jointly with other functions, new products & services requirements to capture the selected market opportunities to meet the common customer’s needs
Define price policy & channel strategy to produce the highest possible long-term profit and market share in the e-mobility segments for each region
Set direction to the organization and creates a structured focused and actionable marketing plan to deliver value to the E-mobility market.
Monitor industry news, market development & growth, and regulatory changes
Conduct customer segmentation analysis and capture voice of customers to deliver a solutions orientated approach to customer challenges
Identify and select attractive market opportunities with compelling business cases
Participate in the innovation pipeline development process leading opportunity assessments for new innovations and providing overall strategic marketing direction.
Identify customer segments to target and the most compelling value propositions to effectively reach them
Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales force with all necessary trainings and marketing collaterals
Skills & Experience Required :
Degree qualified with previous experience in a marketing role within the Automotive sector. Any experience in encapsulation technology would be highly desirable.
Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills
Proven experience in value based pricing and strategic marketing methodologies.
Strong technical knowledge to facilitate open and in-depth discussions on customer pain points and needs.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage & interact effectively with internal & external stakeholders and customers
Ability to work autonomously in a regional or global marketing role with the ability to take ownership of a Marketing strategy in a complex business organisation.
