The responsibilities

Based in Geneva, you will work directly with one of our Managers and will assist him / her on with various interesting recruitment assignments.

After an intensive and exciting induction plan, you will be responsible for :

  • Writing and managing job postings using job boards and social media resources,
  • Hunting, networking and approaching directly candidates in line with client requirements,
  • Developing and maintaining a current candidate database through a proactive, planned sales approach to current and prospective candidates,
  • Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in line with client brief,
  • Conducting reference checks for consultants,
  • Managing and guiding applicants through all the internal hiring stages,
  • Once your recruitment and evaluation skills develop, you will also be involved in client activities such as :

  • Developing a client database,
  • Assisting your Manager in Business Development : prospect identification, mapping, networking,
  • Creating and developing Marketing / Communication tools.
  • After a training period of 6 / 9 months, you will be offered the possibility to confirm your involvement in the group with the responsibilities of a consultant.

    You will be in charge of your own business, both clients and candidates side.

    The profile we are looking for

    For this role, you will specialize in Engineering & Manufacturing and will learn everything about your sector so you can truly partner with you clients and candidates to provide then with consistent and outstanding service.

    You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Technical Field and are looking for an internship between 6 to 12 months. You have a first experience in Sales or a background in with clients and show real interest in HR, recruitment and people.

    You have great communication skills and can demonstrate sales or customer facing abilities, entrepreneurialism and a true go getting’ attitude at work.

    You are resilient and can work well within a team.

    You are fluent in French & English and are perfectly at ease with new technology.
