Required Skills : 1. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns2.

Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas5. Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers6.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications7. Build diverse pipeline and actively engage in diversity recruiting strategies8.
Utilize data to track and share pipeline activity and market data with internal stakeholders9. Taking ownership of multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role10.

Proven technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience with in-house technical recruiting team, search firm, or agency12.
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers13. Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques14.
Experience screening resumes to match qualifications15. Deep understanding of candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience16.
Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management / reporting techniques and software collaboration tools17.
