Provide leadership and accountability and actively lead End to end technical project
management of Digital projects : scope, quote, RFI / RFP, writing technical documentation, project requirements, planning and go live forecasting, testing, etc
Take ownership of the digital part of our projects. Tracking and day to day running of our technical project deliverables
Facilitate understanding the business needs and partner with business for the definition of the project scope, milestones, tasks, deliverables and resource requirements
Support and coordinate RFI and RFP process, vendor selection and vendor onboarding. Manage vendor contracts and drive deliverables to meet target dates.
Develop, maintain and / or supervises vendor project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, budget / ongoing project forecast of resources and materials and other project related artifacts.
Closely track and monitor Project plan, scope, resources, timeline, budget, dependencies, risks, issue and assumptions
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
Closely track external vendor activity and collaborate with vendor project manager
Ensure that the assign project is conducted in compliance with all department standards, policies, and guidelines.
Drive results by delivering the assignment within agreed upon time and quality. Hold
self and others accountable
The candidate will manage internal and external resources from both IT and business
side assigned to the project.
Make improvements to processes and documentation where necessary
Facilitate User Acceptance processes
Manage the life cycle of digital and non digital assets
Collaborate with vendors and Alexion business and technical teams shaping project plan
accordingly to the company Digital strategy
Act as intermediary between our team and internal and external teams including technical staff (e.g. interfacing communication between teams)
Organize meaningful meetings with the business partner and other stakeholders as
required. Conduct daily operation meeting, project team weekly meetings,
Create agenda for each meeting and distribute meeting minutes and action items
Create and provide weekly status reports to business partners, Project Portfolio lead
and project team as per the IT PMO process
Proactive communicate with Project leadership team and project stakeholders
Provide feedback that will enhance the usability and functionality of tools
developed in Medical.
Good written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably
interface with senior leaders, including executive staff.
Technical knowledge :
Demonstrated experience leading Medical IT initiatives, Digital engagement platform design, website architecture, Ux, mobile app, SAAS hosting, digital analytics and cybersecurity (hosting, Ux, ..)
Experience with sitecore (nice to have)
Strong experience in IT solution implementation in pharma regulated environment required using Agile and waterfall approach
Strong knowledge and experience of Change management and regulatory compliance requirements impacting IT landscape including SDLC, GxP, GAMP5, Computer Systems Validation, SOX, Security, GDPR .
Broad business acumen and understanding of software development processes, outsourcing and off shoring.
IT Business analyst competencies in Pharmaceutical environment preferred
Proven experience working effectively in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies
Drive for high quality and ability to collaborate and negotiate with other stakeholders to achieve high goals
PMP, Agile, ITIL certification preferred
