You will be joining a Geneva-based team responsible for voice and video-conferencing technologies for the entire Group and for implementing the technical side for integration of office platforms.
You will lead development projects, be involved in product management and contribute to the development and service availability of all our platforms.
To carry out project management, engineering activities and implementation of new and existing solutions.
To produce all the technical documentation for new and existing platforms.
To define and develop technical architectures for platforms jointly with the team.
To maintain the lifecycle of existing products.
To contribute to second- and third-level support and a 24 / 7 on-call service.
To monitor technological developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Systems or Computer Science or a tertiary technical qualification deemed equivalent.
Three years’ experience in managing IT-related projects including the analysis phases, RFPs and RFIs.
At least three years’ experience working on IT systems related to voice technologies.
Work experience in the banking industry would be a plus.
Experience of and / or interest in telecommunications.
Knowledge of Network (IP) environment, telephony administration products, telephony platforms and videoconferencing environment.
Fluent French and very good English (written and spoken).
The chosen applicant will be required to reside in Switzerland.
