We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst, who will sit with our ecommerce team.

This role will provide production support services for the global Order Management System (OMS) and the related integrations.

Within this role, you will be responsible for core ecommerce operations in 12 countries and growing. The Technical Support Analyst will eventually be responsible for both ecommerce and omni-channel operations.

Working in collaboration with OMS Business and IT resources, this individual will also be responsible for co-managing code releases, which includes third -

party integrated applications to ensure interoperability, documenting standard operating procedures for escalations / communication and application performance monitoring.

Alongside the day to day of the position, you will also be involved in a lot of exciting projects that are planned across Canada Goose.

Key Responsibilities :

What you will get to do here :

  • Create and maintain a support playbook for all integrated third-party systems
  • Continuously keep up to date on new features, enhancements so they can be documented and supported
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks in the system, while working with development teams on optimizations and best-practices
  • Day to day

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support services for the Order Management System (Manhattan Active Omni)
  • System and application administration in a global multi-site network (user / security roles and configuration) in a 24x7x365 environment
  • Perform preventative / proactive application and systems maintenance
  • Monitor and work with the IT Operations to tune the performance of the infrastructure
  • Support content releases for CG s European websites
  • Beyond that you will :

  • Continuously keep up to date on new features, enhancements so they can be documented and supported
  • Root cause analysis on recurring business impacting incidents
  • Work with the Business, Vendors, Partners and other Technical resources to resolve system and functional issues / bugs
  • Install hotfixes and cumulative updates, as required
  • Improve operation and monitoring of advanced or complex features
  • Develop deployment and monitoring processes and requirements
  • Understand and enforce internal control policies
  • This could be the place for you, if you have :

  • Experience within Application admin
  • Proven SAP or Manhattan experience
  • The ability to offer technical support
  • Support payment systems knowledge
  • You could receive some additional bonus points, if you have :

  • Supply chain experience
  • Any type of experience with enterprise software
  • Production support experience
  • An engineering backgrounds
  • Although this role works within normal business hours, from time to time you may be required to work evenings and weekends to complete projects, monitor systems / network alerts or perform maintenance on the systems.
