Our client, a major international organisation based in Lausanne is looking for an eCommerce Manager with Campaign Management experience to help define and advance their eCommerce global campaigns.
With a solid background in eCommerce sales, you will have a solid background in customer activation campaigns including conversion and retention, driving local markets to implement and build on these new solutions.
You will ensure promotion mechanics are understood by consumers by working on UX tests and optimising where required and build toolboxes with detailed documentation for the follow up and reporting of each action.
As the CRM eCommerce expert, you will manage a variety of internal stakeholders, external supporting companies and internal teams to ensure the correct information is shared and monitored.
You will be responsible for ensuring the right data is managed and action plans are put in place for the eCommerce campaigns to be successful.
Fluency in English is required along with solid Microsoft Office skills. Solid leadership is essential, influencing skills and entrepreneurial flair will be essential for this position.
