As the Global HCP Digital Engagement Lead you will be responsible for planning, delivering and ensuring adoption of key digital capabilities of the direct-to-HCP’ integrated omni-channel strategy to maximize business results by complementing Field Force promotional effort.
You’ll lead and grow a Global Community of Practice and maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards for HCP digital strategies, to anticipate future customer goals and find opportunities for innovation.
This role is responsible for change management methodologies and solution design across all platforms.
A day in the life of a Global HCP Digital Engagement Lead
Deliver compelling value proposition for accelerating the digital journey and devise a multi-year strategy, and transformation map to fill gaps.
Communicate progress to the wider organization.
Facilitate the HCP digital engagement strategy implementation at local levels, which must be aligned and integrated with the Field Force Customer Engagement model, as well as with direct-to-consumer e-Business.
